Marketing Platform Specialist
Campaign & Automation Management
Build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM data. Build and manage campaign automations to target, nurture, and convert customers during all stages of the buyer journey. Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and execution.
Ecommerce Site Management
Maintain product listings, images, descriptions, and onsite content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Make ongoing updates to site structure and imagery based on product launches, seasonal changes, and marketing priorities. Work closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to integrate SEO, paid media, and social campaigns to maximize digital sales and on-site engagement.
Digital Experience & Customer Engagement
Ensure the eCommerce platform provides a seamless, intuitive experience for shoppers. Monitor customer feedback and site analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Perform performance analysis and continuous improvement by tracking and reporting on key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) for campaigns and site activity. Leverage data insights to iterate marketing tactics and enhance digital touchpoints.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary regional point-of-contact for eCommerce, supporting commercial, marketing, and product teams. Coordinate with IT and Marketing for integrations and process enhancements.
Process & Innovation
Bring new ideas to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance campaign effectiveness. Stay current on industry trends and Salesforce platform updates.
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Account Engagement; proven ability to manage campaigns, automations, and eCommerce sites
- Experience executing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to generate leads, revenue, and engagement
- Analytical mindset; comfortable collecting and acting on marketing and eCommerce data
- Strong project management skills: able to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, social media, mobile)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
