Responsibilities

  • Research and Identify: Discover and vet potential brand partners and content creators aligned with the wellness space.
  • Execute Outreach: Conduct email and social media campaigns to build relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Support Activations: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership campaigns.
  • Manage Product Seeding: Coordinate logistics for sending product samples to creators and handle follow-ups.
  • Track Performance: Monitor key metrics, assist with reporting, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Academic Focus: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
  • Digital Literacy: High familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Technical Setup: Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for a fully remote setup.
  • Schedule Alignment: Ability to work ~20 hours per week, including availability for a weekly check-in meeting.
  • Work Style: Coachable, curious, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Location: Must be located within and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

  • Industry Interest: Strong interest in wellness, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Software Exposure: Experience with or willingness to learn influencer CRM and outreach tools (e.g., GRIN).
  • Data Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking data.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management habits.

Pay

$20.00 / hour

Schedule

~20 hours per week (Flexible around your class schedule)

This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.

Company Hours & Collaboration

With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they: Attend required meetings, Communicate effectively across time zones, Deliver work by agreed-upon deadlines.
