Job Summary

Wevise is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the growth and outreach of our mentorship and career development programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Programs, and Product teams to build and optimize systems that track the customer journey, manage pipelines, and ensure effective conversion of mentors, mentees, donors, and volunteers.

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to create the backbone of a scalable marketing engine. It requires someone who enjoys analytics, structured workflows, and the behind-the-scenes systems that make great marketing possible. Key responsibilities include:

  • Track the customer journey and manage marketing pipelines
  • Build and maintain dashboards to visualize data and insights
  • Ensure marketing efforts effectively convert mentors, mentees, donors, and volunteers

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing structured workflows to streamline processes
  • Managing and optimizing marketing systems to improve efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards to track key metrics and insights
  • Ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on goals and KPIs

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong foundation in marketing operations, data analysis, or related fields
  • Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or CRM tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for making complex systems clear and accessible
  • Experience with UTMs, attribution modeling, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
