We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Marketing Operations Specialist . This will be a fully remote, 6 -month contract role . As the Marketing Operations Specialist within Campaign Operations , you will be responsible for ensuring marketing operational excellence globally. Your role involves influencing, developing, and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and automation processes tailored to support Marketing globally. You will help oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaign operational requests. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira) Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles. Experience building automated and complex campaign programs from inception to completion (e.g., lead nurtures, customer lifecycle nurtures, audience segmentation, workflow automations) 2+ years of experience leveraging Marketo Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable , Asana) Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert are advantageous. Pay Range Pay range for this position will be up to $ 61.76 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
