Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing operations with analytics to maintain visibility of sources, owners, statuses, and next actions within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and track logistics documentation (e.g., Park 6) with clear status updates, ensuring transparency in marketing operations.
- Document digital marketing activities with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for marketing operations, including workflows, decisions, and issue escalations.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to surface errors before they create downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards while managing evidence and deadlines in a marketing operations workflow.
- Ensure process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, maintaining alignment with marketing strategy and goals.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, particularly when operations depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote work with secure, traceable, and verified digital marketing outputs ready for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Park 6 Logistics Workflow Context and Campaign Management tools within a marketing operations environment.
- Strong ability to maintain data accuracy and meet deadlines without losing track of evidence.
- Experience documenting process compliance and escalating issues with clear reasoning.
- Judgment in managing follow-ups, especially when dependent on external confirmations.
- Ability to evaluate work through a marketing-focused, operations-focused, and specialized-execution lens.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate-level position.
