About The Team

The Marketing Operations team is the engine behind how Outreach goes to market. We own the systems, data, and campaign infrastructure that turn marketing strategy into programs reaching the right buyers at the right moment. We work closely with Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales to design and optimize the processes and tools that help our go-to-market teams perform at their best. We're deeply curious about how AI and automation can sharpen our craft, and we're always looking for ways to build smarter, faster systems that give our teams a real edge.

About The Role

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support our marketing technology strategy by managing core systems, executing campaigns, and maintaining data quality. You will collaborate with marketing teams to implement solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities, streamline processes, and support revenue growth. This role requires strong technical execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Marketing operations is where AI moves from concept to daily practice. You will work with AI-enabled capabilities across our stack, use AI to accelerate campaign execution, reporting, and documentation, and help the team tell the difference between tools that create real efficiency and tools that only add steps.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$90,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
