About the role
This role focuses on making acquisition reporting, lead routing, and campaign measurement more dependable as the company scales. The specialist will own day-to-day processes connecting paid media, HubSpot, and marketing analytics, identifying data-quality problems and improving workflows to provide Marketing with a reliable view of MQL volume, source, and quality. This is a marketing operations and business-systems role, not a data-engineering role, requiring the ability to define requirements, manage operational workflows, and partner with Data and Engineering on backend implementations.
