Marketing Operations Specialist

MeeBoss · Bellevue, WA · 1 wk ago
On-siteAnalyst$70k–$110k/yrFull-time

About the role

This role focuses on making acquisition reporting, lead routing, and campaign measurement more dependable as the company scales. The specialist will own day-to-day processes connecting paid media, HubSpot, and marketing analytics, identifying data-quality problems and improving workflows to provide Marketing with a reliable view of MQL volume, source, and quality. This is a marketing operations and business-systems role, not a data-engineering role, requiring the ability to define requirements, manage operational workflows, and partner with Data and Engineering on backend implementations.

Location: Bellevue, WA (On-site)
Compensation: $70,000–110,000/year

Why this role

  • Marketing can reliably explain MQL generation, sources, and costs.
  • Lead-routing and lifecycle workflows operate consistently.
  • Duplicate, unknown, and misclassified records decrease over time.
  • Tracking and attribution problems are identified before they materially affect budget decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HubSpot lead-routing, lifecycle, source, and campaign workflows.
  • Establish and enforce UTM, source, campaign, and lifecycle-stage standards.
  • Monitor attribution coverage and identify missing, unknown, or inconsistent sources.
  • Maintain clear separation between employer-side and job-seeker activity.
  • Improve lead deduplication and ensure the same result is counted only once.
  • Reconcile campaign and MQL reporting across HubSpot, advertising platforms, GA4, AppsFlyer, and Looker.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports for MQL volume, CPL, source coverage, routing, and lead quality.
  • Create automated alerts for broken workflows, tracking gaps, unusual volume changes, and data-quality issues.
  • Maintain documented definitions for MQLs, channels, conversion events, and attribution rules.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and BD to incorporate lead-quality feedback into reporting.
  • Translate business and measurement requirements into clear requests for Data, Engineering, and external technical partners.
  • Define acceptance criteria and QA implementations such as conversion events, app postbacks, offline conversions, and server-side tracking.
  • Maintain an issue log, coordinate resolution, and confirm that fixes work as intended.
  • Document workflows and provide straightforward guidance to Marketing, BD, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing-automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of lead routing, lifecycle stages, source attribution, UTMs, deduplication, and campaign tracking.
  • Experience reconciling information across advertising, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to identify the source of a reporting discrepancy and explain it clearly.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to coordinate work across Marketing, Data, Engineering, Product, and BD.
  • Careful attention to definitions, documentation, and data quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Benefits

Compensation range: $70,000–110,000/year.
