Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to: Conducts event registrationCompletes gift compilationMaintains property knowledgeInteracts with guests and provides event informationEnters guest information for eventsMaintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest informationUnloading and organizing promotional gifts Secondary Duties And Responsibilities Sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furnitureIndependently performs related tasks, as neededMaintains a clean and well stocked work areaAssists the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors, as needed Minimum Education And Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalentBasic computer skillsMust be able to professionally communicate event details to guestsMust be able to work independently under minimal supervision Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Good written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational skills Training Requirements Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management SystemMomentum ProgramACSCWorkdayMohegan Sun’s scheduling and time management program Physical Demands And Work Environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeMay be required to lift up to 50 lbs.Other qualifications may apply based upon specific event requirementsMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
