Responsibilities
- Streamline AI review and approval processes, support ongoing governance needs, and facilitate submissions from various stakeholders.
- Gather and assess AI use cases, feedback, and explore additional platforms and capabilities from across the marketing organization.
- Support marketing-wide AI coordination, communications, education, and enablement efforts, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Develop and execute change management activities to support the successful adoption of new AI processes and technologies.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of project portfolio governance, including documenting processes, tools, standards, and templates.
- Manage intake requests by reviewing submissions, validating completeness, and partnering with requestors to ensure all necessary information is available for prioritization and decision-making.
- Support planning and reporting activities by preparing comprehensive meeting materials, executive-level updates, and leadership-ready summaries.
- Assist with annual and quarterly portfolio planning by consolidating inputs and organizing materials for review.
- Support the development and rollout of operational tools, templates, and process documentation to improve team enablement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly team reporting, synthesizing accomplishments, challenges, opportunities, and risks into clear, leadership-ready updates.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related operational role.
- Proven experience supporting intake, planning, or governance processes within a marketing or technology environment.
- Strong written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare leadership-ready materials.
- Comfort working across diverse teams and effectively managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
- High flexibility and adaptability when switching tasks across disparate areas of focus.
- Highly independent, with the ability to activate with incomplete information or limited context.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- A keen interest in AI technologies and capabilities; direct AI experience is a valuable plus but not a requirement.
