Marketing Operations Intern - Corporate/GPSU

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of our marketing operations foundation, as well as across other core marketing technologies
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of marketing operations documentation and processes
• Maintain clean lists, standardize segment groups, and optimize the internal data structure for GuidePoint Security
• Monitor database health and collaborate with internal teams on data quality initiatives
• Manage contacts database to ensure good data hygiene and privacy data compliance
• Create and compile multiple data sources to generate reports and dashboards for marketing decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms such as SalesForce and Marketo
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
• Works well with a team and is organized and self-motivated
• Excellent time management

Internship Details and Expectations

• This is a part-time, remote paid internship ($20/hr)
• Offered as part of our GPSU program from August 31, 2026 - February 26, 2027
• Expected to work a majority of hours between 11am-4pm EST Monday through Friday, ranging from 25-29hrs/wk
• Requires a personal computing device and access to high-speed internet during working hours
