About the Company

We are a mission-driven enterprise at the forefront of transforming how healthcare and benefits services are delivered across the country. Our teams operate at national scale, supporting billions in revenue and serving millions of individuals. We value innovation, financial impact, and seamless user experiences—and take a product-first approach to solving complex challenges through data and technology. This role sits within a small, fast-moving group dedicated to modernizing how the organization communicates with its members and clients on mobile. Traditional text messaging is limited to plain copy, with a single image at best, and gives the recipient no reliable way to confirm who a message actually came from. This group works in the successor to that channel—a next-generation mobile messaging standard now being adopted across the global mobile ecosystem, in which a message arrives carrying the sender's brand identity and verification, and can include imagery, documents, and tappable actions rather than a line of text. The group's work runs along two tracks. The first is member-facing campaign operations: campaign specialists who plan, build, traffic, and launch educational campaigns to health plan members across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business. The second is enablement, where the same channel is used as a sales and retention tool with internal business partners, including live demonstrations for sales teams and executive stakeholders. A small group of backend developers supports both tracks, and the group takes on additional initiatives that benefit the broader pod. This is a growing, well-funded effort, and the people who join now will shape how it operates.

The group moves quickly and the right candidate will need to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project
