About the role
The role of the Marketing Operations Administrator is to increase marketing throughput and consistency by owning coordination, execution infrastructure, and operational rigor across campaigns, events, and content.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain marketing workflows, project management systems (e.g., JIRA), and campaign trackers to ensure full visibility, consistency, and accountability across all marketing initiatives.
- Support coordination and execution across email, digital, content, webinars, and events.
- Manage intake and prioritization processes for marketing requests, ensuring work is properly scoped, aligned to business priorities, and efficiently routed to the appropriate team members.
- Drive operational rigor by enforcing standardized processes, templates, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and repeatability of marketing execution.
- Support sales enablement workflows by maintaining organized, accessible content libraries (e.g. Highspot).
- Maintain data integrity and support performance tracking by ensuring campaigns are properly set up, tracked, and documented across marketing systems.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize marketing tools, streamline processes, and reduce manual work—improving overall team efficiency and scalability.
- Support campaign and program reporting by consolidating data, preparing performance summaries, and ensuring consistent measurement across initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience working within the marketing field
Preferred: College degree or internship experience in a related field is highly preferred
