About the role
The Transactions and PE Marketing Manager supports the execution of marketing programs that drive awareness, client engagement, and pipeline growth for the firm’s transactions advisory practice and increases penetration of firm services through the private equity channel. Working closely with Advisory leadership and the marketing team, this role helps translate business priorities into targeted campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, alliance marketing activities, and go-to-market programs. The position focuses on implementing integrated marketing efforts across priority offerings and sectors, coordinating content and campaign execution, and ensuring alignment with firmwide marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns aligned to priority transactions and private equity offerings, in coordination with overall firm marketing priorities
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and thought leadership channels
- Work across interdisciplinary marketing functions to ensure brand alignment, campaign coordination, and marketing asset integration
- Manage development and distribution of transactions and PE-focused marketing content including insights, case studies, and campaign materials
- Collaborate with business leaders, internal subject matter experts, business and marketing teams to deliver unique POVs, campaign assets and programs that address client needs
- Coordinate with Audit, Tax, and other advisory teams to broaden solution penetration within the private equity channel’s firms and portfolio companies
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution, using metrics to recommend alternative strategies if necessary
- Maintain campaign calendars, coordinate project timelines, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, marketing processes, and overall program efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably in professional services, consulting or advisory environments – experience/knowledge of private equity and transaction services a plus
- Thorough understanding of various marketing channels and their relevance to achieving strategic business goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content and presentations
- Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly collaborative and able to work within and through teams to achieve stated goals
- Demonstrated ability to be a trusted business partner, consistently sought out for advice by colleagues and stakeholders
- Innovative and creative approach to developing work products and solving complex problems
- Commitment to actively learning and adopting best practices from across the team
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
