This role sits at the intersection of event strategy, partnership marketing, and flawless execution—bringing together brands, stakeholders, and audiences through once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute premium events and hospitality experiences designed to engage corporate partners, high-net-worth clients, agencies, prospects, and key stakeholders.

  • Lead end-to-end event planning including creative concept development, venue sourcing, budgets, timelines, production, vendors, guest experience, and onsite execution.

  • Create unique programming concepts that integrate product storytelling, athletes, talent, partners, content, and luxury hospitality moments.

  • Ensure all events reflect Olympic Hospitality standards, partner requirements, and premium brand positioning.

  • Serve as a key point of contact across internal teams, external agencies, vendors, brand partners, and strategic collaborators.

  • Support the development of partnership activations that elevate Olympic Hospitality and create value for clients, prospects and global stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities with lifestyle, luxury, entertainment, sports, culinary, fashion, art, and culture partners to enhance event experiences.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, partnerships, communications, creative, operations, and leadership teams.

  • Manage partner deliverables, timelines, approvals, and execution requirements.

  • Partner with content, social, PR, and creative teams to maximize event impact before, during, and after each activation.

  • Develop event briefs, guest journeys, run of shows, programming concepts, and executive communication materials.

  • Collaborate with design, photography, video, and production teams to create elevated event environments and content opportunities.

  • Support VIP guest experiences, executive hosting, hospitality programming, and client relationship-building initiatives.

  • Identify new trends and opportunities across sports, entertainment, luxury hospitality, and experiential marketing.

  • Ensure event strategies support revenue goals, sales priorities, client engagement, and brand awareness objectives.

  • Track event KPIs including attendance, pipeline influence, client engagement, partner value, content performance, and ROI.

  • Manage post-event reporting including insights, recommendations, and opportunities for future optimization.

  • Maintain event calendars aligned with Olympic milestones, sales campaigns, and global marketing initiatives.

  • Build scalable processes and best practices for premium event execution leading into the Games.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, partnerships, sports, entertainment, luxury hospitality, or premium brand activations.

  • Proven experience producing high-touch events and managing complex projects from concept through execution.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and priorities.

  • Creative storyteller with a passion for building memorable experiences that connect brands and audiences.

  • Strong communication skills with experience managing executive stakeholders, partners, agencies, and vendors.

  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with flawless attention to detail.

  • Experience managing budgets, production timelines, contracts, and event operations.

  • Passion for sports, culture, entertainment, live events, and premium experiences.

Bonus: Experience with global events, Olympic Games, sponsorship activations, luxury brands, talent/athlete programming, or high-net-worth clientele.

What You’ll Be Part Of
