About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning and enhancing reporting and analytics across our marketing systems, leading campaign operations for our demand generation team, and managing our marketing technology stack. Your expertise will be instrumental in building dashboards, funnel models, and attribution reports that inform strategic decisions at leadership levels. You will oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals. Additionally, you will manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo), coordinate with external agency partners, and champion the development of an AI-first campaign operations process. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's growth trajectory through data-driven insights and operational excellence, working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, RevOps, and Demand Generation.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of marketing operations experience within a SaaS startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable MAP/CRM tools).
  • Strong BI tool experience (Hex, Looker, Omni) and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards that are actively used for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with Data Engineering, RevOps, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of AI tooling and workflows (Clay, n8n, Conversion.ai) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end marketing reporting and analytics, designing dashboards and funnel models to provide actionable insights.
  • Define and evolve core marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline attribution.
  • Lead complex and ad-hoc reporting requests, writing and QAing SQL queries, and developing self-service reporting tools for broader team use.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to develop, launch, and optimize lifecycle workflows and nurture campaigns based on performance data.
  • Own campaign operations from audience segmentation, list management, to campaign execution, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
  • Manage relationships with marketing operations agencies, setting priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Oversee the marketing campaign production supply chain, tracking stages, handoffs, and lead transfers to sales, proactively identifying bottlenecks.
  • Lead email marketing and database hygiene strategies, ensuring high deliverability, compliance, and list health.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and enable team members through training and support.
