Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes. At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform—a mix of technology, people, and analytics—supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Using the Stellar App, our web-based, point-of-care tool, practices receive a simple checklist of recommended actions that support the best quality care. Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way. Stellar is a US-based Health-tech company backed by top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product and proven operating model. We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.

About the role

Stellar Health is hiring a Marketing Manager to help us build and execute growth initiatives for health plans and providers. This person will operate as a generalist across product marketing and growth marketing, owning initiatives that effectively position our product for targeted account growth. In a given month, you'll partner with internal teams to own how Stellar's product offerings are positioned and communicated, and drive that value-driven, technical, and clinical story into the market. You'll also flex into growth marketing, partnering with our sales teams on ABM programs, content campaigns, and demand-gen motions that fill our pipeline with high-quality opportunities.

You’ll sit within the Growth organization on the Marketing team, responsible for both expanding the company's footprint and shaping how the market understands what Stellar does—bringing new health plans, medical groups, and partners into the network, and ensuring Stellar's platform is positioned, messaged, and understood at every stage of that process. Reporting into our Director of Product Marketing & GTM Strategy, you'll ensure every GTM and outbound motion is backed by sharp positioning, the right content, and campaigns that move prospects forward.

Responsibilities

  • Shape how the market understands Stellar: Own the positioning and messaging for our core platform and new features, driving the end-to-end GTM process. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for payor and provider audiences, ensuring those narratives stay current as the product evolves.
  • Partner on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns: Develop ABM strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting our highest-priority health plan prospects—across channels like email, LinkedIn, and content. (This role isn’t focused on owning paid channels.)
  • Be the bridge between Growth, Product, and Ops: Shape messaging based on field insights and feed market signals back to inform product development. Drive internal awareness and alignment on initiatives as a core cross-functional connector.
  • Enable market-facing teams: Equip the Growth and broader team with talk tracks, one-pagers, FAQs, and training materials to represent Stellar accurately.
  • Stay sharp on the competitive landscape: Monitor competitors and market developments in value-based care. Use insights to refine positioning and surface new angles.
  • Help own the marketing operations layer: Manage our marketing tech stack to maintain clean data, reliable attribution, and clear visibility into campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated depth in product marketing and working knowledge of growth marketing/demand-gen. We're looking for a generalist who can flex across both—this is not a paid-channels specialist role.
  • Healthcare fluency with experience navigating the payor/provider landscape is required; value-based care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting a B2B sales organization and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is strongly preferred.
  • Strong storytelling skills: Ability to distill technical concepts into clear value stories.
  • A startup mindset: A self-starter who prefers building the playbook over following one, comfortable with ambiguity and working on a lean team.
  • Hands-on execution: Energized by doing the work (writing copy, building campaigns, running analysis) rather than directing others. No task is too small—this is an all-hands-on-deck team.
  • Ability to drive consensus across stakeholders and manage external agencies or contractors to scale impact.
  • Proactive use of AI tools to accelerate research, content production, and campaign creation.

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
  • Flexible PTO
  • Universal Paid Family and Caregiver Leave
