- Manage AI agent platforms that rely on digital content, ensuring accuracy, appropriate configuration, responsible use, and alignment with marketing and enrollment objectives.
- Use AI tools as part of the content workflow to support creation, drafting, improvement, and review, including identifying gaps, comparing content, and detecting inconsistencies.

- Monitor how the university is represented in search results, AI-generated responses, and third-party platforms (e.g., Wikipedia, review sites, public forums). Identify gaps or inaccuracies and recommend improvements to strengthen discoverability and brand perception.
- Define and monitor success metrics related to search visibility, AI-driven discovery, engagement, and conversion. Review performance data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with marketing, communications, web teams, and departmental content owners to align on priorities, implement changes, and establish shared content standards and workflows for long-term quality and consistency.
