Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaign execution for a year-round product roadmap that drives acquisition and engagement
- Lead cross-functional syncs with product, engineering, PR, and partner teams to align on upcoming feature and content launches
- Drive event strategy through appropriate standardization across geographies, including branding, audience-appropriate content, tools, and instrumentation
- Manage partner and field enablement by developing sales materials and working across partner teams to ensure strategic integration and messaging alignment
- Manage lifecycle communications to create a more connected and cohesive customer journey
- Oversee multiple global marketing programs of various sizes and scopes running concurrently, requiring significant cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and review messaging, content, and sales and partner enablement materials
- Coordinate with event and field teams on activations including industry conferences and partner events
- Gather and apply market insights to product marketing strategy and sales resources
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting and analytics insights to inform future program investments
- Drive program management across multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ten or more years of experience leading larger multi-disciplinary teams both collaboratively and independently
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple programs concurrently across various lifecycle stages from planning through operations and implementation
- Experience in education technology, with a specific focus on STEM and AI literacy required
- Prior experience working within a large-scale enterprise organization strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage marketing and communications planning, resource needs, dependencies, and results analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong business writing and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as a self-starter with a solution-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization
- Strong cross-team, cross-group, and cross-organizational collaboration and consensus-building skills
- AI literacy and the ability to apply AI skills within a marketing context
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Experience working in education technology, specifically in STEM and AI literacy
- Sales enablement and messaging development experience of six or more years
- Marketing operations and project management experience of eight or more years
- Integrated marketing and channel strategy experience of eight or more years

Pay Range*: $55 - $62 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
