Job Duties
- Programming & community outreach
- Partner and event coordination
- Coordinating activations with local partners
- Being on-site to support activation
- Overseeing content capture at event
- Website management
- Adding and building out events
- Brand application management
- Yelp, TripAdvisor & listing management
- OTA content and offer updates
- Weekly meeting agenda management
- Creating and updating presentations
- Sending agendas & recaps
- Email newsletter management
- Creative requests
- Photoshoot planning (mood boards & shot lists)
- Building mood boards & shot lists
- Coordinating with on-property team
- Aiding on-site at photoshoot with menu items/props/filming signage
- Collateral management and updates
- Monthly reporting
- Media relations support
- Influencer partnership coordination
- Assisting with special welcome amenities
- Marketing plan development
- Marketing asset management
About You
- Passionate about hospitality and marketing
- A minimum of 4 years of similar work experience
- Advanced knowledge of hospitality marketing
- A strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a busy operation
