Job Duties

• Programming & community outreach
• Partner and event coordination
• Coordinating activations with local partners
• Being on-site to support activation
• Overseeing content capture at event
• Website management
• Adding and building out events
• Brand application management
• Yelp, TripAdvisor & listing management
• OTA content and offer updates
• Weekly meeting agenda management
• Creating and updating presentations
• Sending agendas & recaps
• Email newsletter management
• Creative requests
• Photoshoot planning (mood boards & shot lists)
• Building mood boards & shot lists
• Coordinating with on-property team
• Aiding on-site at photoshoot with menu items/props/filming signage
• Collateral management and updates
• Monthly reporting
• Media relations support
• Influencer partnership coordination
• Assisting with special welcome amenities
• Marketing plan development
• Marketing asset management

About You

• Passionate about hospitality and marketing
• A minimum of 4 years of similar work experience
• Advanced knowledge of hospitality marketing
• A strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a busy operation
