Marketing Manager

About the role

Bulley & Andrews (B&A) is a family-owned and operated construction firm founded in 1891. We offer a full range of construction services including preconstruction, general contracting, construction management, and VDC as well as masonry and concrete restoration. Based in Chicago, IL, we manage projects across various building markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the production of best-in-class responses to RFPs and RFQs
• Collaborate on the creation of winning presentations for shortlist interviews, both virtual and in-person, emphasizing strategic differentiation
• Manage B&A's social media channels, including content creation and engagement
• Oversee the production of corporate videos supporting our mission statement and core values
• Design and create marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and digital assets
• Review and approve content and graphics developed by the marketing team
• Maintain CRM and project databases
• Identify and craft compelling industry award submissions
• Plan and execute internal and external special events
• Coordinate professional project photography
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Sharp eye for detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Preferred A/E/C industry experience

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask with changing priorities
