Marketing Manager, AI Growth
Customer Advocacy and Review Platform Management
Own and optimize brand presence across G2, Gartner Digital Markets, Gartner Peer Insights, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, SourceForge, and other review sites.
Develop and execute customer review-generation campaigns in partnership with Email Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.
Manage review response workflows, including escalation for complex or negative feedback.
Monitor ratings, reviews, sentiment, competitor activity, and themes to inform product and messaging decisions.
Partner with Web, Organic Social, and Paid Media teams to activate customer reviews and advocacy assets.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
AI Search Visibility and Offsite Citation Growth
Develop a holistic offsite citation strategy across online communities, professional networks, review sites, publications, and earned media.
Increase Foxit's presence on Reddit and LinkedIn through authentic community engagement and thought leadership.
Partner with stakeholders to develop a digital PR strategy for earned media and AI citation footprint.
Monitor citations, mentions, sentiment, and share of voice using Ahrefs, Semrush, and other tools.
Identify citation gaps and competitor advantages in partnership with SEO/AEO team.
Establish regular reporting on AI search visibility and offsite citations.
Cross-Functional Strategy and Execution
Coordinate with PR agency to align earned media with AI citation priorities.
Partner with Brand and Organic Social teams on social media, influencer, and employee advocacy programs.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure accurate positioning across third-party sources.
Serve as the internal owner for offsite presence, ensuring consistent messaging.
Develop content assets (blog posts, comparison guides, thought leadership) supporting AI citation goals.
Publish content that supports AI citation goals.
Partner with Customer Support and Customer Success for escalation workflows.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, content marketing, customer advocacy, digital PR, or growth marketing.
- Understanding of how AI search platforms and LLMs discover and cite content.
- Hands-on experience managing company presence on review platforms like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, etc.
- Experience developing programs for brand visibility, customer advocacy, or offsite authority.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track citation, sentiment, and visibility metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in AI and evolving digital discovery landscape.
- Active familiarity with multiple AI platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AEO, GEO, AI citation monitoring, or AI visibility tools.
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or productivity technology.
- Experience with digital PR, earned media, community management, or thought leadership.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Experience developing customer advocacy or review-generation programs.
- Understanding of Reddit, LinkedIn, and community-driven platforms.
