Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Enablement
- Partner with senior Sales and Product stakeholders to proactively identify priority enablement needs tied to current growth initiatives.
- Help shape the roadmap for enablement.
- Own end-to-end delivery of core sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences).
- Ensure assets are accurate, on-brand, and aligned to agreed messaging.
- Maintain enablement governance: central repository, version control, naming conventions, and a refresh/retirement cadence so content stays current and easy to find.
- Exercise judgment on scope and feasibility.
- Push back on requests that aren't ready, resourced, or strategically aligned, offering clear trade-offs when needed.
- Audience Engagement
- Coordinate marketing execution for priority audience engagement programs (educational and product-focused webinars, targeted outreach campaigns).
- Owning timelines, stakeholder inputs, approvals, and post-program follow-up.
- Draft and refine first-pass copy for engagement assets in collaboration with SMEs, maintaining quality and brand consistency throughout.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and resource conflicts before they surface, and come to stakeholders with solutions rather than problems.
- Marketing Operations and Admin
- Own the day-to-day operating cadence for Legal marketing including intake, prioritization, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound Legal marketing and enablement requests.
- Clarify scope, gather requirements, assign owners, and drive work to completion.
- Maintain a transparent workboard (i.e. Monday. com) with clear priorities, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and workload visibility.
- Proactively identify capacity constraints, risks, and bottlenecks, escalating early and with a recommended path forward.
- Identify opportunities to improve how the team operates and take initiative to implement them; this function should look more capable a year from now because of what you have built.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, sales enablement, and/or campaign and program execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, keeping things running without close oversight.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail (workbacks, dependency management, approvals).
- Excellent writing and communication skills; comfortable drafting and refining first-pass copy and incorporating SME feedback.
- Proven ability to exercise judgment, manage trade-offs, and push back on stakeholders when needed.
- You don't wait to be invited into the conversation.
- Familiarity with marketing workflow tools like Monday. com and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
