About the role

UpdatePromise develops automotive software and AI solutions supporting dealership scheduling, customer communication, service operations, payments, and customer experience. We work with leading automakers, including Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, Genesis, Mazda, Kia, Audi, BMW and Ford, and serve thousands of automotive centers across North America. Recent innovations include our Harmony AI platform and a smart-glasses video inspection integration with Meta. You will report to the company’s Chief Revenue Officer, lead a marketing team and turn company priorities into campaigns, product launches, content, events, and measurable business results. You will own the marketing plan, lead team assignments, maintain brand standards, and keep projects moving. Our existing team supports content, creative production, publishing, and website development. You will use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to work faster, while reviewing outputs for accuracy, protecting confidential information, and taking responsibility for the finished work.
