About the role
This is a true 0→1 role where you’ll own pipeline generation across channels and define how a modern B2B marketing function should operate. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for marketers with 3–5+ years of experience who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and want to leave a visible fingerprint on a fast-scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a demand generation engine from the ground up
- Drive inbound pipeline across content, paid, SEO/SEM, and partnerships with clear ownership of pipeline targets
- Develop and execute content strategy across website, blog, and sales enablement
- Overhaul and optimize the RevinAI website for conversion and search
- Plan and manage conference strategy, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
- Own and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Partner closely with sales to align messaging, pipeline goals, and attribution
- Establish foundational marketing processes, tooling, and reporting (HubSpot)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, product marketing, or brand marketing
- Proven 0 → 1 marketing experience at a fast-growing startup
- Experience across content, product marketing, brand, conferences, partnerships, and demand generation
- Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies. Advanced degrees are a plus
- Strong execution skills across multiple channels—not just strategy
- Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales and leadership
Qualifications
- Don’t Work Here If You only have FANG or public-company experience
- You do not have SaaS experience
- You prefer narrowly scoped roles with heavy structure
- You have repeated short stints (less than one year per role)
- You are not excited about building a marketing engine from zero

Pay
Base salary: $100,000–$150,000 depending on experience
