About the role

Manage the execution of the marketing and brand strategy to ensure sales growth, brand wellbeing, and maximizing profits of the division. Lead, create, and implement marketing campaigns alongside Marketing leadership, focusing on brand awareness, massive social growth, sales growth, and customer confidence to meet and exceed year-over-year targets. Assist in connecting support divisions to execute fully integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, customer service, web/data, and supply chain, to manage the entire customer purchase stream for available products.

This position will work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to launch new EEI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Independently execute marketing campaigns that foster audience and revenue growth while focusing on available products to hit monthly sales targets and drive maximum profits.
  • Collaborate with existing support divisions to effectively deploy monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the supply-chain team to ensure promotion of in-stock and/or high-value brands.
  • Manage financial analytics and sales management.
  • Inspire team members and guide career growth through mentoring and weekly 1:1s, helping teams understand efficiency, workflow independence, and ROI.
  • Identify cutting-edge content strategies and trends using key systems to grow massive social channels on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Utilize internal and external relationships with vendors and ambassadors to manage brand perception, exclusive promotions/products, and ensure teams have the information needed to establish campaign focuses.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Advertising team to ensure content and advertisements align with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Monitor sales and other key metrics to track campaign effectiveness and implementation.
  • Pinpoint new product lines to market and work with supply-chain teams to bring them to fruition.
  • Support the planning and on-site activation of shows or other in-person events.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of branding experience.
  • 3+ years of expertise in campaign execution and consumer insights.
  • Previous experience in cross-functional leadership.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Wrightstown, WI.
