Marketing & KOL Cooperation Intern (CapCut) - 2026 Start

Responsibilities

Drive creator marketing initiatives for AI-powered image and video creation tools in global markets. Partner with creators across major content platforms to develop creative campaigns, execute content collaborations, and grow product awareness and user engagement. Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for AI creative products, including creator recruitment, partnership management, brand collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor cultural and content trends across the US and European markets, translate emerging trends into compelling AI-powered content ideas, and contribute to creator campaign ideation, creative briefs, messaging, content publishing, and performance analysis. Continuously explore innovative marketing approaches for AI creative tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Passionate about social media and the creator economy.
• Deeply familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, and actively engaged with creator communities and inspiration platforms such as Pinterest, Behance, and Reddit.
• Strong awareness of US and European cultural trends, internet culture, visual aesthetics, and emerging content formats.
• Passionate about AI and hands-on with mainstream AI image and video creation tools.
• Strong interest in AI-powered creative products, content creation, and the evolving creator ecosystem.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Able to independently manage creator and brand partnerships with a strong sense of ownership, execution, and attention to detail.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Previous internship experience in marketing, creator partnerships, content operations, growth, or related fields is a plus.
