Marketing Internship

Job Summary The Marketing Intern will support Ardham Technologies' Marketing department with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, event coordination, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiativesMaintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure activities and deadlines are trackedSupport campaign follow-up activities and lead trackingAssist with marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement Content Creation & Digital Marketing Assist with creating graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materialsDraft and schedule social media posts across company platformsSupport email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, scheduling, and distributionHelp maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing channelsAssist with website content updates and digital marketing initiatives Event & Conference Support Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events, conferences, trade shows, and community engagement activitiesPrepare marketing materials, promotional items, and event suppliesSupport event setup, execution, and post-event follow-upAssist with vendor and partner coordination for marketing events and sponsorships Marketing Analytics & Reporting Collect and organize data related to marketing campaigns, events, and digital engagementAssist with tracking marketing performance metrics, including campaign engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI)Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of marketing activitiesHelp identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness CRM & Marketing Database Support Maintain and update marketing contact lists and CRM recordsAssist with contact research, data enrichment, and list segmentation for campaignsSupport marketing lead tracking and campaign reportingEnsure accuracy and organization of marketing data Team Collaboration & Department Support Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments on company initiativesAssist with organizing marketing assets, promotional materials, and digital contentParticipate in marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planningSupport additional marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferredStudents, recent graduates, and individuals seeking hands-on marketing experience are encouraged to apply Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferredBasic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketingInterest in learning email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools Professional Skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsInterest in technology, marketing, and business development Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting with marketing materials and eventsAbility to stand for extended periods during company events and conferences About Ardham Technologies Ardham Technologies is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is experiencing rapid growth throughout the Southwest and Texas regions.
