Marketing Intern

Summary Of Position The Marketing Intern will be energetic and self-motivated and will assist the Marketing Department with promoting company culture and business development. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist with social media content creation.Assist with photo/video of culture events and field work.Assist with internal marketing/communication.Assist with the creation, ideation and planning for Niles swag.Work with Marketing Assistant to monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback as well as design and present new social media campaign ideas.Assist with CRM administration, reporting, downloads, data entry, etc.Assist in editing sales materials. (flyers, 1 pagers, brochures, presentations)Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events & trainings.Duties will vary based on workload of Marketing Director and Assistant Required Qualifications Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Marketing, Communications, or similar field.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have a passion for marketing.Outstanding multitasking abilities.Must be comfortable traveling to our office; position is not remote.
