Marketing Intern - Student - West Chester Univ.
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge about Meal Plans and overall Dining Service Program
- Represent Dining Services with a friendly, professional and engaging attitude while providing excellent customer service
- Create and manage marketing content, including social media posts, photography, video and promotional materials
- Support meal plan sales initiatives
- Perform general office administration duties
- Work independently in an autonomous environment while adhering to all workplace policies and procedures
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organization skills, creativity and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Likes to have fun at work while demonstrating a sales competitive nature
- Desire to actively engage with customers to promote and grow meal plan and dining services
- Work well independently and with a team
- Self-motivated and strong communicator with managers, customers and parents
- Experience with social media, photography and video
- A flexible schedule: both day and night is a plus!
About the Role
The ideal candidate must be a student at WCU (with Marketing as a Major or Minor strongly encouraged).
Requirements
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
