As an intern, you’ll get hands-on experience right away, working alongside project teams and partners to keep things moving. You’ll help solve real problems, stay organized, communicate across teams, and make an impact from day one while building the foundation for your career.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of internal communications and proposals by gathering and verifying project and team member information
- Maintain personnel and project data, files, and systems in company database and network files
- Create and organize graphics and photography for marketing purposes; utilize graphic design software to create graphics, logos, and layouts
- Collaborate with the local marketing team and corporate marketing partners to develop concepts and execute designs
- Assist with researching external partner organizations and coordinate information to support our business development team’s efforts
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels in your work
- Research and implement current design trends and techniques

Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, Business, or other related degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous related internship experience
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior
- Basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices
- Thorough prior experience with Adobe InDesign
- Demonstrated passion for marketing and graphic design and desire to expand your skills
- Familiarity with graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of aesthetics, basic design principles, digital standards, and ability to apply brand guidelines
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills and show initiative and leadership
- Positive and professional attitude and solid customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can effectively handle multiple competing priorities
Pay
The hourly wage for college interns starts at $18. Students may be paid higher wages based on their year in school.
Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, O-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
