Marketing Intern (November 2026)

About the Role

Yeo & Yeo is a Michigan-based accounting and advisory firm offering business consulting, assurance, tax, technology, human resource, and wealth management solutions. With over 275 professionals across the Yeo & Yeo family of companies, the firm is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to gain practical experience in campaign and content creation, digital marketing, graphic design/video, and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing engaging content, including articles/blogs, eBooks, social media, invitations, and newsletters.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns by contributing to concept creation, content writing, and imagery to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Graphics: Support graphics for digital and print materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video: Support video production and editing, bringing ideas and creativity to projects.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties such as maintaining reports, event support, restocking marketing supplies, and local errands.

Requirements

• Current enrollment as a Junior/Senior in a college program for marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Organized and self-motivated team player able to keep up and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and a growth mindset — asks questions, takes initiative, loves learning new things, and brings ideas
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while also being comfortable working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Nice to Have

• Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and/or video editing
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint 365 and/or WordPress (content management systems)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• A creative eye for design, brand management, and storytelling

Leadership & Reporting

Reports to the Director of Marketing, with the Marketing Associate providing day-to-day training and supervision.
