Marketing Intern (Fall / Winter 2026)

This is an unpaid, for-credit internship for the Fall/Winter 2026 semester, requiring a 20-hour/week commitment. The role is fully on-site at our Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities
- Support general marketing efforts including campaign planning, event promotion, outreach, and vendor coordination
- Create original content (photo, video, graphics) for digital platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist with developing and maintaining marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and signage
- Conduct competitive market research and contribute to monthly performance reports
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various campaigns
- Collaborate with property teams and local businesses to strengthen community engagement
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and propose new strategies relevant to multifamily real estate
- Help manage branding consistency across all properties and platforms
Requirements
- Junior or senior student eligible for course credit
- Must submit a portfolio, media kit, or examples of work to marketing@gy-properties.com
- Ability to travel around Philadelphia and occasionally to Maryland
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and the ability to engage a target audience
- Knowledge of Excel and basic reporting skills
- Creative design experience with Canva
- Highly motivated with a strong desire and ability to learn quickly
- Responsive and open to feedback and growth
Schedule
Part-time, 20 hours per week. Fully in-person role at our Philadelphia office.
