Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Marketing team
• Word Processing (typing, editing, formatting documents)
• Proofreading documents for communication purposes
• Aiding in producing quarterly reports for Marketing department
• Proposal & presentation support - process, strategy and coordination
• Business development support - placemats, prep, etc.
• Promotional product support
• Aid in social media strategy & campaigns
• Aid with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website analytics
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
• Understanding company product and brand
• Market research
• Data entry support

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Experience in digital marketing and social media
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-starter, flexible and curious
• Attention to detail, highly organized with ability to meet project timelines through excellent time management and workflow prioritization
• Superior oral and written communications skills
• A positive attitude, determination and humility

Qualifications

• A rising junior, senior or recent college graduate with digital marketing experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Able to lift 40 pounds
