Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Intern for Fall 2026 who is proficient in Adobe software and possesses a passion for the construction sector. You will assist in developing winning proposals for our construction projects and creating appealing internal and external communications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, project management, and technical experts, to gather information for proposal content.
- Aid in creating compelling and well-organized proposals, ensuring client requirements and specifications are aligned.
- Analyze RFP/RFQ documents to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain a repository of standardized content for use in future proposals.
- Obtain technical information from subject matter experts and incorporate it into proposal responses.
- Implement improvements to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, video, and print materials.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design eye-catching graphics, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate our brand message and highlight our projects.
- Aid in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance our marketing strategies and initiatives, leveraging your understanding of Adobe software capabilities and construction industry trends.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of our digital platforms, including the company website and social media channels, to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in English, marketing, business, or related field.
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week during regular work hours.
- Desire to learn and advance professionally.
- Submit a writing sample.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Self-motivated to investigate and implement new ideas.
