Key Responsibilities
- Aid in reviewing and recommending improvements for internal linking structures (ILS) platforms.
- Help update and audit property websites, ensuring all information is accurate and consistent with the brand guidelines.
- Conduct local search engine optimization (SEO) audits and assist with other tasks assigned by the Digital Marketing team.
- Regularly audit internal linking structures (ILS) for properties, checking pricing, concessions, amenities, photos, and descriptions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement levels.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with members of the digital, property, and corporate marketing teams.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts such as impressions, cost per lead (CPL), internal linking structures (ILS), SEO, search engine marketing (SEM) conversion rates, net effective rate (NER), pay-per-click (PPC), etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools.
- Potential familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or reporting tools like Google Analytics.
- High school diploma required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Effective communication skills in person, virtually, and in writing.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or lifting light materials (up to 15–25 pounds).
- Visual acuity to read screens, review digital content, and analyze marketing materials.
Work Environment
- Primarily works in an office or remote/hybrid setting with standard business hours.
- Works in a climate-controlled environment with minimal physical discomfort.
- Requires frequent use of computers, software platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
- May occasionally attend meetings, events, or photo shoots as needed.
- Works in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Schedule may require flexibility to support campaign timelines or special projects.
