Marketing Intern

About the role

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Marketing Intern to support our brand activation and field marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll be part of the team that brings brands to life at festivals, trade shows, retail activations, and community events.

Responsibilities

• Aid with event setup, execution, and teardown for promotional campaigns, pop-ups, and activations
• Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm at every event
• Learn and deliver engaging product or service pitches to potential customers
• Approach attendees proactively to spark interest and start conversations
• Support on-site product demonstrations and sampling
• Help drive real-time sales, sign-ups, or lead capture
• Track and report on engagement, leads, and event outcomes
• Maintain professional display areas that align with brand standards
• Auxiliary in marketing managers with inventory management and event logistics
• Occasionally help create real-time social media content during activations

Requirements

Current senior or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred)

Outgoing communicator who enjoys connecting with new people

Interest in event marketing, sales, or promotions

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different audiences

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability

Qualifications
