Marketing Intern

About the role

The Marketing Intern at Candor Expedite will support various aspects of the company’s marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and brand awareness efforts. This role involves managing HubSpot activities, creating marketing content, supporting email campaigns, maintaining CRM data quality, and assisting with reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Management
• Maintain and update contact records within HubSpot
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns
• Create and update workflows, lists, and customer segments
• Aid with lead tracking and CRM data cleanup
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
• Content Creation
• Create LinkedIn and social media content
• Draft blog posts, customer success stories, and company updates
• Develop marketing materials and sales support documents
• Assist with podcast promotion and content repurposing
• Email Marketing
• Help execute email marketing campaigns
• Aid with newsletter creation and distribution
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance
• Marketing Analytics
• Track marketing KPIs and campaign results
• Prepare monthly marketing reports
• Research industry trends and competitor activity
• Aid with lead generation initiatives
• Website & Digital Marketing Support
• Update website content as needed
• Support SEO initiatives
• Assist with online advertising and marketing projects
• Research new marketing tools and technologies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of email marketing
• Experience with Canva or graphic design tools
• Interest in B2B marketing and logistics
