About the role
Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center is looking for a part-time Marketing Intern to join us for such an exciting part of the year!
Responsibilities
- Planning and inviting guests to company events
- Gift outreach, gift acknowledgment, and coordination
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills
- Excellent computer skills and database management – knowledge of Raiser's Edge or Greater Giving is a plus, but not necessary
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Graphic design work a plus, but not necessary
- Must be able to help lift and carry auction items (under 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work outside of normally scheduled hours during event preparation and events
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Customer service/clerical/database entry
Pay & Schedule
- This part-time position will consist of 20-25 hours a week
