Beyond creating and interpreting marketing reports, this individual collaborates directly with marketing leadership to guide campaign strategy, project performance, and refine future initiatives. They will be essential to advancing the marketing team's strategic roadmap, leveraging AI and data intelligence to scale initiatives, sharpen personalization, boost targeting and messaging impact, and deliver tangible results throughout the entire funnel.

Responsibilities
- Dashboard Design & Maintenance: Architect, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time visibility across campaigns, buyer personas, content, and distribution channels.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate past and current marketing metrics to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and core drivers of audience engagement and conversion.
- Predictive Modeling: Build and implement predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes, optimize spend, refine channel mix and timing, and guide data-backed planning.
- AI-Driven Execution: Support AI-empowered strategies, including multi-product campaigns, persona enrichment, targeted engagement, and performance experimentation.
- Strategic Communication: Convert complex datasets and predictive analytics into clear, actionable advice for marketing leadership to guide budget and campaign decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, and data engineering teams to synthesize internal and external data into a single, unified view of customer behavior.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Establish and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the precision, completeness, and reliability of marketing and sales datasets.
- Data Governance & Metrics: Define and manage marketing-specific KPIs, metrics, and business rules aligned directly with go-to-market goals.
- Platform Optimization: Assess and enhance marketing data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salsify) to ensure data structures support streamlined execution and analytics.
- AI Integration: Help embed AI into campaign planning, media modeling, forecasting, and closed-loop learning workflows to systematically lift marketing ROI.
- Continuous Improvement: Track the effectiveness of AI-driven marketing programs, continuously adjusting models, assumptions, and dashboards for maximum impact.
- Industry Alignment: Keep pace with evolving marketing analytics tools, predictive modeling methodologies, and AI innovations shaping modern marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Applied Campaign Analytics: Proven experience evaluating marketing campaign performance and impact (focusing on strategic analysis, not just raw data extraction).
- Independent Dashboard Building: Demonstrated capability to build and manage complex Power BI dashboards from the ground up without supervision.
- Business-Centric Marketing Acumen: Deep comprehension of core marketing concepts, KPIs, and how to link analytical insights directly to business results.
Pay
Compensation Range: $40 - $45 per hour
