Marketing Greeter - Busch Gardens (TAMPA)

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages.
• Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions.
• Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions.
• Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand.
• Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred.
• An outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• The ability to confidently approach and engage guests.
• Comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions.
• A flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds.
