Marketing & Creative Services Intern

Primary Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn
• Aid with photography, product photo shoots, customer features, and video production
• Support the creation of short form video content, promotional videos, and digital marketing assets
• Help develop content calendars and social media campaigns
• Assist with customer spotlight stories, testimonials, and marketing features
• Design and update customer flyers, brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Refresh existing marketing templates and collateral with updated creative concepts
• Aid in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Support the development of presentations and sales meeting materials
• Assist with planning and execution of customer events, food shows, sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities
• Support event logistics, signage creation, promotional materials, and event communications
• Capture photography and video content during events for future marketing use
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, content creation, graphic design, video production, and operational efficiency through AI
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement innovative solutions that enhance creativity and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Creative mindset with strong visual design abilities
