Marketing Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage and update website and email design using content management system and marketing automation platform
• Format Request for Proposal (RFP) responses using both InDesign and PowerPoint for content consistency and clarity
• Maintain and evolve the Derse brand and update the formal brand guidelines
• Lead and execute annual updates to Derse brand assets
• Design graphic and photographic deliverables for Derse website, white papers, case studies, and social media platforms
• Provide recommendations on potential new concepts, tools, and resources to support new business development efforts
• Design and produce internal marketing communication materials as requested
• Plan and execute design for sales tools and materials
• Support in the brainstorming of video concepts and develop storyboards for approval across various digital platforms
• Implement inline HTML and web best practices
• Shoot or source photography/video of Derse locations and employees, as well as retouch photography
• Brainstorm, design, and complete layouts and production of trade show marketing materials
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry practices
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite proficiently. Specifically, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop materials
• Work within PC-based and Mac-based computers and all related software programs including Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Power Point, and VISIO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related graphics design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) required
• Proven videography and photography editing experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to project manage packaging and production
