Marketing & Graphic Design Intern

Torch.AI | Kansas City Part-Time, ~15 hours/week | Fall Semester (through December) Torch.AI builds government-owned reasoning infrastructure that powers mission-critical decisions across defense, government, and industry. We're looking for a Graphic Design & Marketing Intern to help bring that mission to life visually — across social media, digital campaigns, recruiting, events, and print collateral. What You'll Do Design branded assets for social media, digital advertising, recruiting materials, presentations, and internal communicationsCreate print and event collateral, including signage, handouts, promotional materials, and campaign assetsHelp organize and expand Torch.AI's library of reusable branded templates and creative assetsCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creative work aligns with Torch.AI's brand identity and visual standardsSupport general marketing needs as they arise Core Skills & Qualifications Currently enrolled in a graphic design programProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignExperience with CanvaStrong typography, layout, and visual-branding skillsAbility to prepare designs for both digital and print applicationsStrong communication skillsSelf-starter who works well with minimal direction Additional Valuable Experience Familiarity with FigmaExperience with motion graphics or video editingBasic web design skillsInterest in continuing the internship beyond the initial term Torch.AI was founded on a simple operational insight: better use of data leads to better decisions.
