Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of marketing reports and insight pieces that demonstrate CARMA’s expertise and add value for prospects.
- Aid in writing and proofreading blog posts, email campaigns, and customer-facing collateral.
- Maintain and monitor brand presence and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Draft and schedule engaging content for CARMA’s social media channels.
- Collaborate on the creation, proofreading, and compilation of email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and facilitate sponsorships, self-hosted events, and webinars, driving attendance and engagement.
- Contribute to the development of guides, case studies, presentations, newsletters, and other materials.
- Organise and coordinate CARMA’s self-hosted and sponsored events within the USA.
- Create sales-specific collateral for events within the region.
- Communicate effectively with global and regional marketing teams and clients, ensuring insights and campaign updates are clear and actionable.
- Represent CARMA externally at events, webinars, and industry forums where required.
- Provide practical support to sales teams by creating tailored collateral and assets for business development.
- Support campaign set-up and monitoring through CARMA’s platform and other tools.
- Provide campaign reporting and performance tracking, applying learnings to improve outcomes.
- Help produce reports through drafting, proofreading, and gathering supporting content.
Skills & Qualifications
- A strong track record in any marketing role.
- Proficiency in handling and interpreting raw data.
- A deep understanding of regional market differences and marketing dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset.
- A willingness to travel for work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of best practices in the communications evaluation sector, latest industry trends, topics, and issues.
- Excellent written and spoken English with a comprehensive understanding of grammar.
- In-depth, working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Team player, management, delegation, and motivation experience preferred.
- An analytical and process-oriented mindset with an ability to rapidly learn new tools and techniques.
- Commercial awareness coupled with effective closing capabilities.
- Experience in working across multiple Insights projects at any one time.
