Marketing Events Specialist
Overview
The Marketing Events Specialist supports Titan Machinery's marketing initiatives by promoting and coordinating events that align with Titan’s brand strategy. This position ensures professional and consistent brand representation across customer events, tradeshows, and other community engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
Oversee Event Strategy & Execution: Ensure consistent Titan Machinery branding and a positive customer experience across all locations and events, managing logistics and timelines for customer-facing events such as Combine Clinics, Open Houses, Demo Days, and more.
Cook up In-Store Events: Plan, execute, and manage marketing support for in-store customer events, gathering store-specific details, overseeing project timelines, and working with the marketing team to deliver materials on time.
Manage Trade Show and Sponsorships: Coordinate and attend trade shows, customer demos, and sponsorships, ensuring proper support and event execution, and liaise with local stores to ensure needs are met.
Support Event Materials & Marketing: Collaborate with stores and vendors to create event-specific promotional materials, secure co-op approvals, and handle all logistics, including invoices, display materials, and social media coverage.
Post-Event Follow-up & Reporting: Ensure timely follow-up with event leads, gather photos for co-op guidelines, and maintain a detailed list of events and associated costs for internal tracking and co-op approval processes.
Qualifications
Required: Associate degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 1+ years’ work related and/or related military experience, or 3+ years’ work related and/or related military experience
Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
Ability to do local, same-day travel (possibility of rare overnight travel)
Ability to clearly communicate objectives, give and receive feedback
Demonstrate ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Demonstrate client service skills and ability to develop positive business relationships
Effective time management and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Strong customer focus, both internal and external
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Knowledge of the Agriculture and/or Construction industry
Demonstrated history of content writing
