About the role
Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to manage their shows and events and lead their team of Brand Ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
- Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors
- Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows
- Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators
- Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
- Cook up and coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
- Collect Contest Entries
- Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
- Measure and report results
Qualifications
- Strong communications skills
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- The ability to coach, train and motivate others
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand for long periods of time
- The ability to lift 30 pounds
- Must be available to work weekends
Pay

Schedule
We are flexible with schedules but require availability on weekends.
