Responsibilities

• Research and identify local home shows, fairs, expos, festivals, and community events within the assigned territory
• Negotiate event contracts and secure prime booth locations
• Develop and maintain an annual events calendar
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators
• Schedule and coordinate staffing for events and shows
• Oversee booth setup, presentation, and breakdown
• Generate leads by scheduling free in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Collect and manage contest entries and event leads
• Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments
• Track, measure, and report event performance and results

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and lead a team
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
