Marketing Events Coordinator - 1053
Major Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events.
- Cook up with event organizers to gather requirements, deadlines, and logistical details.
- Provide event organizers with requested materials, including company information, logos, and shipping details.
- Aid in booth planning and event preparation activities.
- Track event milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate event details, timelines, and expectations to internal attendees and stakeholders.
- Manage internal event communications, including reminders and event preparation materials.
- Maintain event trackers, project plans, timelines, and related documentation.
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure event readiness and successful execution.
- Cook up with shipment of booth materials, promotional items, and event supplies.
- Track shipments and confirm timely delivery to event locations.
- Maintain accurate records of event materials and inventory.
- Aid in post-event follow-up activities, reporting, and feedback collection.
Education And Experience
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other collaboration tools.
- Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through skills.
- Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, corporate events, or marketing programs is a plus.
