Position Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of local and regional trade shows, including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and event execution.
- Collaborate with Event Manager to ensure consistency of process for all aspects of event planning, from initial concept and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Create compelling event presence, coordinating with Marcom contributors to leverage various channels to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage digital lead collection platforms, including system administration, data integrity, and lead distribution processes.
- Contribute to the planning for new and forward-thinking lead management.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating marketing projects, events, or programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with vendors, managing budgets, and coordinating marketing materials.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital lead capture tools, and marketing technology platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
