Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce & Shopify Plus: Own the Store
  • Site ownership: Manage all merchandising on Shopify Plus
  • Conversion obsession: Drive CRO across the full funnel
  • Technical sales management: Configure all sales events in Shopify
  • Mobile-first mindset: Optimize the mobile experience at every touchpoint
  • Performance ownership: Monitor site metrics weekly
  • Email & SMS (Klaviyo): Own the program end to end
  • Campaign execution: Write, build, segment, QA, schedule, and send 4–6 campaigns per week
  • Flow architecture: Own and maintain the full automated flow library
  • Segmentation strategy: Build behavior-based segments
  • SMS ownership: Own the SMS program end to end
  • Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Build What Comes Next
  • Promotional calendar: Own the annual promotional calendar
  • Paid media direction: Direct our external paid media agency on Meta
  • Creative performance: Use tools like Motion to decode hook rates, fatigue, and winning angles
  • Affiliate & creator programs: Manage and grow our affiliate program
  • Brand Storytelling & Content: Commerce and Story Are the Same Thing
  • Voice ownership: Own and protect the Noonday voice
  • Creative partnership: Brief the creative team with clarity and confidence
  • Calendar management: Own the content and marketing calendar
  • Noonday Travel Marketing: Launch Our Most Differentiated Channel
  • Full launch ownership: Lead demand generation, landing pages, traveler onboarding, and post-trip storytelling
  • Nurture sequences: Build email sequences
  • Audience development: Define the external traveler persona and reach strategy
  • Reporting, AI & Continuous Optimization: Make the Team Faster
  • Weekly marketing report: Own the Monday report
  • A/B tests: Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, creative, and site elements
  • Ai championship: Build workflows in tools like Claude Cowork and Notion

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years hands-on DTC ecommerce experience; Shopify Plus is a core competency
  • Klaviyo fluency: Built from real experience running a consumer brand’s email and SMS program
  • Growth strategies: Proven track record building full-funnel growth strategies
  • Technical mastery: Strong command of CRO, fluency with creative analytics tools
  • Directing paid media: Experience directing paid media agencies to ROAS targets
  • AI & workflow: Early adopter of AI tools in real marketing workflows
